Best-Self Review. My experience with it was very positive and productive.

What do you like best? Documentation is submitted weekly via 1 on 1's and therefore available when assembling the actual review. I thought the review was concise and covered key areas for a typical performance review. I liked that was created to reflect feedback in a positive manner. I also like that it gives me an opportunity to let my manager know how I am "feeling" about my work with questions such as assigning a numeric value for how challenging/unchallenging my workload is, or for ...

Excellent tool for employee engagement and coaching

What do you like best? As a manager, I love this tool for keeping track of meeting notes, goals and objectives, action items, 1:1 agendas, priorities and keeping a pulse on the overall performance and employee satisfaction of my team. The best part is the transparency and open lines of communication that 15Five enables. Before 15Five, I kept notes in Google docs or in OneNote - nothing was well organized and sharing was inconsistent. 15Five provides a platform of accountability for ...

Easy, Intuitive & Productive Employee Performance App

What do you like best? 1) Ease of use. The app is very intuitive. It was developed with a good understanding of the end user, which is very rare (even unseen) when it comes to internal employee & B2B applications 2) Planning and staying focused on my weekly priorities. Plus, it doesn't take a lot of time 3) Reflecting back and realizing how much I accomplished during the week 4) Keeping track of wins and challenges. Going back through 15Five will come hand during semi & ...

15Five has created greater insight as a manager

What do you like best? I love that once a week my team fills out their priorities, wins and can be transparent with their challenges. This helps a ton when you have newer employees that might not feel comfortable coming to you quite yet in person. I also love the high five section where you can publically acknowledge employees in a fun way! What do you dislike? It can be difficult to navigate between all 15fives, objectives and your specific teams'. Recommendations to others ...

Innovative way to communicate with your team

What do you like best? 15Five is like having a working lunch with your C-Level, or other management level, without doing the working lunch. Management can get unfiltered responses from their employees. The informal nature does not put employees on the spot to "say something" or sit in silence. What do you dislike? The main challenge was coming up with questions to ask. If stock questions or recommended questions could be added, that would make the solution more impactful. ...

Positive 15Five Experience

What do you like best? I like the ability to communicate with my team openly and honestly but up and down the ladder. Gives me great insight to my team's feelings on a weekly basis and has helped streamline many conversations. What do you dislike? Would like a change up in questions to avoid the feel of repetition or lack of thoughtful responses overtime due to redundancy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really great for ...

There isnt much I dislike, I dont like when you can add additional goals in a task and they arent seen, but others love this feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving all organizational problems, I will never miss and email or an update to a ...

It does the trick!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to update your weekly progress, and keep everything top of mind. I love the High Fives feature, makes my week brighter to receive them from colleagues. What do you dislike? I find the OKR set up to be a bit tedious but also, it is dependent on your organization setting them up properly offline. So I still appreciate this ability. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to implement, quick to learn for users ...

Positive Impact!

What do you like best? Getting to see a recap of all team member's highs and lows is helpful. We can easily see who needs support and team wins easily What do you dislike? Only reminders - I feel like I have made setting adjustments but still receive a ton of reminders. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team stucks are no longer an issue, we can pitch in and provide suggestions without having folks feel on the spot. THe HIGH ...

15Five has kept my manger and I on the same page!

What do you like best? The ability to collect my thoughts/plans over time in order to not miss any topics in our weekly discussions. What do you dislike? I don't like that sometimes it will carry over tasks into the next week if I forget to check them off. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ensure you are consistent with weekly meetings as well as using the time together to achieve the most success. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
