A great tool for calendar scheduling.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So many things that I favor with this app! I love how it's easy to synchronize your calendar to that of the app. When that happens, anything that goes on with your calendar can be updated to wherever you install the 10to8. What do you like best? I live in New York and use 10 to 8 for about two years now. I think it’s best scheduling software on the market. Easy to setup, you can send message to your customers, you can chat with them through the system. Customers can book or rebook or cancel appointment online. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lots of features, including the ability to use PayPal as a payment gateway, the ability to sync with my Google calendar and the ability to enable Customer self-booking. What do you dislike? There were a couple of features that were needed, but not available on the FREE version and the first upgrade version, which required FREE to be their $20/mo subscription level. What do you like best? Less time spent on tasks i hate. Better follow up. Less no shows What do you dislike? Paypal integration costs money and is unclear at checkout What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving, less no shows and super easy to have everything in one place. Has made my life a lot easier. I used youcanbookme paid version before but hated it. The free version of this is so superior.
