Small business booking site review

What do you like best? I can link the booking site to my website and my facebook page. What do you dislike? Clients are unable to book a block of classes in one go. Recommendations to others considering the product: easy to use for small business What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get paid even if the customer no shows, clinets can book even up to an hour before which is great.

What do you like best? I love this system because it reminds me and my clints of appoints and lowers mt no shows. I love it!!!! What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to setup. Maybe have someone walk you through setup, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling. I no longer have to remind my clients of appointments.

What do you like best? The feature of sending sms and email and reminding customer about the appointment is the best feature we like about 10to8 What do you dislike? Nothing at all. What do you like best? What I like best is the text message reminders for scheduled appts. My client's comment on this often. They love it too! I also like having the link/button for clients to schedule online. What do you dislike? Some features (like personalized messaging) require support from 10 to 8 and since we're on different time zones, you may have to wait a day before getting feedback. It would be nice to set up messaging without needing that type of intervention. What ...

What do you like best? 10 to 8 has really upted our game when. It comes our scheduling capabilities. Especially when it comes to being able approve/decline appointments. It has been very user friendly, and the support staff has been amazing to work with!

What do you like best? How easy it is to schedule and communicate with my clients. What do you dislike? It is a little buggy in the dashboard but it doesn't mess with the performance of the software.
