Good Service. Intuitive

What do you like best? Intuitive UI. Quick service if you ever need assistance. Nice design and clean feel. The diary tool is pretty great as well. What do you dislike? The Chinese translations are a little rough around the edges, but it's still serviceable. Getting set up takes a bit of time, and if you have high turnover there's a bit of a learning curve for teachers and admins. Love it

What do you like best? Easy scheduling and schedule changes. Love the customer interaction and reminders. Changes timezone for customers also which I love. What do you dislike? Would like to see an App on iPhone that sends notifications when people book. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? The One Program for Scheduling

What do you like best? This is the most complete scheduling program I have found. What do you dislike? I would prefer to customize the automated emails more completely. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't look any further. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seamless scheduling into my calendar with minimum "no-shows"

What do you like best? 10to8 is so intuitive and great for scheduling - along with text alerts and communication for clients. We love it and have less no shows using it! What do you dislike? A Company that Listens!

What do you like best? Obviously I love the ease of use that 10to8 has and the wide range of tools that it gives me as a self-employed person, but also it's really easy to get in touch with them when I'm not sure of something. The support team are great and get back in touch with an answer quite speedily. They also ask for what we would like as users and businesses and do their best to make it happen. Good but system needs tweaking for music teachers

What do you like best? reminder and linking systems, automated communication, auto save What do you dislike? Cant book a 'series' ... eg a term, or a month or six months worth of lessons or other services as a single unit. Great customer support and flexible service

What do you like best? The ease of scheduling many services (with many staff, and clients), with various people all in one place. Great customisation options as well. Was easy to set up, and any questions I did have were answered and responded to promptly through online customer support (both via email or virtual calls). Excellent Tool for gaining new business

What do you like best? 10to8 makes reserving my service a breeze. Very easy for my clients to book on-line and automatically sends out reminders to help eliminate no-shows. I've been so happy with the convenience it's provided for my business that I've upgraded to a more advanced plan so I get more thorough with booking my clients and tailoring it specifically to my needs.
