10-8 Changed my Non-Profit!

What do you like best? I was struggling with spreadsheets and emails, and dropping the ball on several occasions. Since implementing 10to8 I have never missed a beat! Reservations are on the rise and no-shows are gone completely. Very little training was involved with staff. Staff caught on and were booking the very next day. What do you dislike? Great appointment online schedule tool!

What do you like best? The most helpful about 10to8 is the calendar synchronization that saves a lot of time. What do you dislike? That I don't have the option to extract data based on user or based on date values. I can only download a csv file that contains all the info. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The patients can schedule their appointment easily.

What do you like best? It helps the business run smoothly, while being simple enough to us by staff. What do you dislike? There isn't really anything to dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting clients in and keeping bookings organised. Letting the customers book appointments even when we are closed due to being available online.

I am happy that we went with 10to8. Very user friendly.

What do you like best? I like that you can add staff and that the staff can control their schedule from anywhere. I like the notifications and appointment reminders that go out, which helps keeps everyone in the loop. What do you dislike? That I can't look up customers appointment history. I have to scroll through the calendar or look at their file that we keep to see when they were in last. I wish their was a tracking system for promo codes or birthdays. Other than that, I am ...

What do you like best? I love how much easier 10to8 makes my life! As a coach, I can spend my time serving my clients instead of wasting time managing my schedule!
