10to8 saves me so much time
10to8 allows me to save tons of time sharing availabilities back and forth with clients. It allows me to easily collect electronic payment on the front end. It saves me so much time and I can embed it directly into my website. Also, I love that their pricing structure allows me to start small for free and pay for the service as my business grows.

What an excellent service!!!
What an excellent service!!!I am not tech literate at all, but I have managed to seamlessly organise the calendar and bookings for my new mobile dog grooming business by using 10to8.So easy to use, great customer service when I had questions and I look forward to growing my business and expanding my use of 10to8.Thanks to everyone there - excellent platform.

Great Conference Scheduler!
What do you like best? The ease of using 10to8 is great. great for clients, Associates and the Home Office to track. Love that there are automatic replies in both text and emails along with reminders and rescheduler. We subcontract Associates and a few of them now use 10to8 for their team appointments. Perfect for my small business
What do you like best? I love the reminders and flexibility this program has for my small practice. It’s affordable to customize and always reliable! What do you dislike? I wish I could rearrange by drag and drop the booking options on the main screen that the clients see to put the most frequent booked sessions options on top. Great booking system easy to use for the business and for customers
What do you like best? I think the best feature is the fact that clients can book online easily and I am alerted by text and email when this happens What do you dislike? I have noticed that not all of my available appointments are shown in the online booking page. Easy and intuitive
What do you like best? I like the clean and intuitive UX of the tool - functionalities are placed where you expect them to be and it makes the use of the tool quick and easy. What do you dislike? No real downsides. Maybe the dashboard look can be enhanced, but I haven't seen it on laptop yet (only mobile browser). Good booking system with automated reminder correspondence
What do you like best? Ease of use and ability to the customer to rearrange their appointment which reduces no shows What do you dislike? The reporting suite needs to add automation for the reports I run daily What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fewer no shows with automated reminders and the function for customer to rearrange prior to appointment
