Customer Service is Lacking
I like the system and because I have 2 locations, ya'll are one of the only apps that can handle that well. My only complaint is getting help. Because I'm in the USA, I have found it very hard to coordinate times to get together. And even though I pay for the "Bigger Business" plan, I find it frustrating when I need help.

When sliding the calendar to either…
When sliding the calendar to either left or right for just few days, the calendar slides to a different month and if I try sliding to a different month it slides to a whole new year. This thing was not there earlier.

Automatic sync stopped
Automatic sync stopped. I fixed it already by manual syncing. Support couldn't do a lot, they sais the 'reset' the sync, I hope it's something deeper than just manually syncing, what I already did. Next time I shouldn't fix it but send a screenshot instead - and leave my live calendars unsynced :(

Great scheduling system
Great scheduling system, very user and staff friendly. Clients love the the ability to text directly with staff about appointments. The 10 to 8 staff are very responsive to any questions we may have, excellent customer service.

10to8 is excellent for my tutoring business
I signed-up for 10to8 when my tutoring business started to expand. It has been fantastic for me because I can book students and set it up, so they have reminders one day and 1-hour before their appointment. I have significantly fewer no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Also, 10to8 makes it easy for my students to schedule and reschedule their appointments. Thank you, 10to8, for making scheduling much easier and smoother.
