As a small business owner
As a small business owner, I am able to take advantage of the "no cost to me" appointment setter option. I greatly appreciate this because I do not exceed more than 25 client bookings in a month (up to 100 at no cost). I am able to offer all my services in a nice organized manner, and clients find me easily enough. They have no challenges booking an appointment. Clients find it convenient and easy to use
Clients generally find it convenient and easy to use. Clinician finds it easy to set up and maintain. Automated reminders are very helpful in reducing cancellations or no-shows. Highly recommended.

Ease & Professionalism
I like the simple, clean, and professional look and feel of 10to8. It's pretty straightforward to use. There is plenty of help online, plus the support team is very helpful and responsive when you need that extra help. It is flexible and rich in features. Thanks for a great product!

10to8 offers such an easy and fast platform. My clients are able to easily and effectively book an appt and receive an automatic reminder. I can rest assured that everything is taken care of by 10to8.

The app works well
The app works well, no real issues with it. The customer service is excellent and prompt. The only improvement they could make for me, is to be able to log the dogs details, name, breed and dob- and to be able to search under the dogs name easily, as many owners will give you the dogs name only, and then I have to guess which owner I am speaking to.
