Great in connection with Office365

Easy to manage and to show my availbility to others. Works also great in connection with my Outlook / Office365 calendar, via Cronofy. 10to8 Is the only booking system I know of that does this without any difficulties.

recommendations

I like working with !0to8; easy system but I would like to be able to book multiple services for the same client without having to reselect all her information and would like them to receive only one confirmation notification including all services. Also, I would like the system to avoid creating multiple time the same client information (avoiding merging them for no reason)

10 to 8 has been a very user friendly experience both for myself and my clients- I gave it 4 stars since there are a few things that would make my experience easier - more photos on the booking page - the ability to block certain clients - the ability to have repeat clients automatically under one account not multiple - to help see appointment history . Overall I am very pleased with 10to8

Overall I am very pleased with 10to8. The main concern I have is if you have an issue, it takes a while to receive a written response. Also, my calendar often doesn't sync automatically, so I have to go in and do it myself. I have recommended this system to others and I do think it is a good option for calendaring.

I want my customers’ reviews to show up on my booking page

I love 10to8! I would like to see one change in the platform and that is the reviews. There are emails sent out automatically to clients two days after each appointment and they are invited to write a review of my business and their experience with me. These reviews are awesome and they are sent to me in an email. This is where it ends though. Reviews are a huge part of what businesses are built on. As such it would be so much more useful if the reviews would actually show up on my booking ...
