What is Scripting Support?
What does 'Scripting Support' mean?
Game behaviour, logic and interactions can be written in code rather than assembled only through visual editors, using a language the engine exposes such as C#, C++, Lua, Python, or a proprietary scripting language. Scripting is what turns assets and scenes into a playable game, controlling movement, rules, AI and events. The languages an engine supports strongly shapes who can build with it and how much control developers get.
