What does 'Governed Metrics' mean?
Governed metrics means the definition of revenue, churn or an active customer is written down once and every answer is computed from that definition. For an analytics agent this is the control that decides whether two people asking the same question in different words get the same number. Check whether the agent is restricted to the governed set, or free to fall back to raw tables when the model does not cover a question.
