What do you like best about Zype? While I am fairly new to Zype and certainly not using its functionality to its full potential yet, I have had a very positive experience. The customization for cataloging and customer service has been outstanding. What do you dislike about Zype? What do you like best about Zype? I like how user friendly Zype is, I was able to learn how to use the interface very quickly and it's very easy to navigate and make changes to our channels. What do you like best about Zype? Ability to organize video titles into playlists and integrate with mobile app delivery. Option to use standard reporting or extract data via API call. What do you dislike about Zype? Reporting tools are a bit limited and not as flexible to customize metrics and isolate subsets as we would like.
