"Super easy and convenient especially when I used it during COVID 19 for my college courses"

What do you like best about Zoom? Amazing for doing group work and doing interviews for work. Also got to do a one-on-one with two of my favorite actors in the world during the pandemic and I absolutely love Zoom. Also used it for a virtual college graduation party!

What do you like best about Zoom? User-friendly UI. Detailed menus. Most commonly utilized by sales professionals. Easier to connect, meet and communicate with external users.

What do you like best about Zoom? I like zoom because it is extremely intuitive. I work with adult students, sometimes elderly, and Its not uncommon for them to figure out where to go on their own.

What do you like best about Zoom? The most helpful thing about Zoom is bringing our work community together. When you have employees and different parts of the country and across the world being able to see each other and hear each other real time has been quite an asset.

What do you like best about Zoom? I like the user-friendly interface of Zoom. I can easily end a call, turn my video or microphone off/on, share my screen, or (if I am the host) start breakout rooms easily and quickly. I also appreciate that meetings can be either scheduled in advance or started quickly. If the meetings are scheduled in advance, I love the option to add it to my calendar.

What do you like best about Zoom? There are multiple features which make it better to use, like screen sharing and connecting with people on video conferencing as well as audio conferencing; another thing is it allows you to change the background while talking on call.

What do you like best about Zoom? How quick it was to set up and start using it in a professional way. Old fears of video drivers failing and other video hangups were gone with Zoom. It installs quick and guides you to a workable product with a couple of clicks.

I've been trying to cancel my zoom…

I've been trying to cancel my zoom subscription for two months. Despite the information telling me I can cancel online there is no link to the Billing section on my account. I had to go through my bank and cancel the payment. Despite emailing four times I've had no response whatsoever I have just edited this review because I had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine PENESA from zoom she was very helpful in cancelling my account
