Are you using Zoom?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Zoom makes video conferencing easy!
What do you like best? I love the ability to (1 schedule a Zoom meeting and have it automatically added to my calendar and invite other attendees, (2 have screen share swap back and forth between attendees during meetings, (3 instantly start a Zoom meeting with someone, and (4 remotely access another computer during the meeting to work on a project/task immediately. What do you dislike? I don't like the microphone/speaker feedback that sometimes occurs during a meeting with multiple ...

Best Video Platform I Use Daily!
What do you like best? I have used the pro-Zoom plan for over two years now and I love it. We livestream our show on three platforms and have multiple guests come in via Zoom to interview on our show. Zoom works perfectly with our other software and does the job perfectly. The cost of Zoom makes it affordable for small businesses like mine and I am a dedicated fan and user! What do you dislike? I love Zoom. There is nothing about the platform that I dislike at all. What business ...

Effective tool for colloboration
What do you like best? It provides almost instant connectivity with least steps is really good and helps manage your time effectively that is definite plus for the tool. However, it could certainly be improved by making it 1 click sign in that would add to it's appeal to users. What do you dislike? sometimes disturbance is annoying that needs optimization of bandwidth usage specially for low speed/coverage areas or while using it on mobile devices and in transit. I am sure if this is ...

Best Videoconferencing Software Ever!
What do you like best? We utilize Zoom for everything at the University I work at. For Staff Council meetings, committee sessions, campus round-tables .... the list could go on! We find that it serves us very well as a substitute for those instances when we simply cannot be everywhere What do you dislike? Thus far I must be honest and simply say ..... NOTHING! :- Recommendations to others considering the product For those of you who like me are probably too busy to attend every ...

Zoom. THE online conference software for individuals or business users.
What do you like best? The ease of use and the extra features like recording your conferences if needed. It also has a mobile app, which takes zoom to a different level. You can do simple audio calls over long distance with all the required features on board. What do you dislike? The audio can be cut off when multiple people talk at the same time. Even when you record, it does not record the parts where everyone talks at the same time. This can be a problem, as you will miss some ...

Zoom is so simple to use. I love it
What do you like best? I like that Zoom is easy to set up and to navigate. and is easy on the bandwidth. Works well with Google Calendar. Webinars are much easier to participate in using Zoom. It's accessible on my mobile as well but I tend to use it on computer mostly. I like that you can choose to record sessions for later review. I like the flexibility of switching between full screen and small screen, and also the ease of moving from audio to video. The chat is also easy to use, I ...

A great tool for recruiting new employees
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It provides quality audio and picture when we set up a meeting. When there are any glitches on the same, it resolves itself easily which puts us back on track without much struggle or loss of time. When it comes to compatibility, there is a mobile application which runs both Android and iOS to give you a flexible experience. The tool is user friendly and thus you do not have to spend a lot of time learning the hurdles that come ...

Enhances personalized learning among students
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? In terms of usability, it is easy to find your way around. It can help to save time and effort especially when you are teaching a small group of class. It helps you to share screens and switch between screens with ease as your students share items too on the other end. In one occasion, I showed a professor who is not tech savvy on how to use Zoom in addressing her students. She was able to pick up fast as it is simple. She was able ...

Standardize on ZOOM now!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The quality of the product and customer support could not be any better. The pricing, including the FREEmium model is superb! There's no legitimate comparison for doing video webinars with up to 100 participants [who can jump into the conversation, unless muted by the moderator] WHILE also simultaneously conducting livestream video for the masses [who can submit emoticons and type in their comments] via Facebook Live or YouTube. ...
