What do you like best? There are a lot of features that can be used throughout. What do you dislike? It intermittently works. Quite often crashes my Outlook if I try and schedule a meeting using this. If you change the time of a meeting it arranges a new meeting (without cancelling the old even though you've edited the old meeting and then the link doesn't work so no one can access. What do you like best? Great application for all conferencing needs. Easy to add users to call while in session. What do you dislike? Sometimes it doesn’t sync well with Google Calendar, but a reset always works. Recommendations to others considering the product Learn to use your private meeting ID. Zoom is a reliable way to talk buiness

What do you like best? At my work we use touch interfaces in each conference room to connect with each other and our customers. I like that you can interconnect the rooms to see what room is available and connect via google calendar to keep track of your meetings. It is easy to turn your microphone and video off when entering meetings or halfway through and easy to share screens with others. What do you like best? The sound quality appears to be the most consistent across all users compared with other options such as Skype for business. It is easy to send a shareable link across attendees and indicate who is leading the conversation. What do you dislike? Most Intuitive Video Conferencing System

What do you like best? Simple, easy to use. I like that users can either join the audio via their computer or use a phone number. Also, the ability to easily record to the cloud or my desktop has been a helpful feature to use for my education seminars. What do you dislike? OK, audio quality on lower bandwith not OK

What do you like best? easy set up and invitation. Good presentation quality What do you dislike? Audio was very dull/muffled. This happens with all participants at one of our branch office. But when we talk over voip and also over teamviewer incl. audio the quality is acceptable. But with zoom very often we could not understand all colleagues at this branch office.
