Video Conferencing At Its Best
What do you like best? The most amazing feature of Zoom is that it offers both mobile and desktop applications. We are able to join conferences from anywhere, at any time. What do you dislike? There are few flaws but one major flaw is that in group conferences you must choose a single user to view at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are always on the move, and this creates issues when large projects require ...

Zoom is great!
What do you like best? What I like best about Zoom is that it is reliable. It's easy to use, has good audio quality and screen sharing works well which is great for collaboration. It also works great on mobile (iPhone. What do you dislike? It connects me to the meeting ...

Great software for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best? I love the share screen function, the ability to connect via computer or phone, and the ability to reuse links as many times as you want (no expiration on links. I also like that you can pair your phone and computer together so that it is clear who is in the meeting. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't always recognize my computer audio and can have some trouble logging in. I also think that the desktop application could be improved with more features ...

Reliable HD video streaming
What do you like best? Multiple screen view, quality audio and HD Picture. I like the gallery view being able to see the whole team at once. I think you can have 10 people in the meeting. What do you dislike? When several people talk audio distorts rather than layering well. Video sometimes has the odd issue I can only describe as phasing or ghosting, kind of looks like white rain over the portion of the screen and the underlying image moves around. What business problems are you ...
