Very efficient
What do you like best? I like the ease of being able to invite and also the quality of audio. What do you dislike? It could be easier to download recordings to share after web conference. Recommendations to others considering the product We have had no issues (bar the recording and storing of recordings could be clearer What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy and fast
What do you like best? The easy usage and free model. Team memebers just download and can instantly start. Also its free. What do you dislike? No login at all would be awesome. Great Video conferencing solution
What do you like best? Ease of use! Create a free account and get calling! What do you dislike? Nothing, only slight issue is that if you are wanting to do a long VC, you may want to have a paid account, as free accounts only allow for up to 40 minutes call time. Great video conference solution
What do you like best? It's extremely easy to use both internally with coworkers and externally with clients. What do you dislike? The UI definitely seems a bit outdated. Would love to see a modern, visual refresh and possibly some options to brand the interface. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reoccurring meetings/calls with clients. Easy access to communicate with remote team members.

So glad I decided on Zoom!
What do you like best? The students find it easy to use and the screen sharing is a great way to educate when using power points and showing artefacts. Being able to flip between sharing and personal instruction is really great. What do you dislike? Had an issue with Support. They disappeared before I could finish. It just vanished. What do you like best? I like the audio feature, it is one of the best in the online meetings I have tried. What do you dislike? Zoom makes video conferencing easy
What do you like best? I can run Zoom anywhere I have an internet connection and take care of business. I don't need expensive software to do so. What do you dislike? I wish the program wasn't glitchy. I've had to hang up and call back in depending on connection speed.
