My favorite platform for online meetings!
What do you like best? One thing that I like best about Zoom is the ease of use. This platform is super easy to use! When we plan a meeting or training, we simply send out a link to everyone we want to join us. They can click the link and view us live. It is also great to be able to record our trainings/meetings to be able to share later! What do you dislike? There really is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about Zoom. As I use it more, there may be things that come up. But ...

Good for remote work
What do you like best? It's great when you have the ability to connect with people to do work, or meet for class when people live all over the place or get hit my a snowstorm like we did in Seattle! What do you dislike? I find the connections to be weaker than when I use other mediums like Skype. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like mentioned above, the benefit is the convenience of meeting others when schedules are busy.
