Works for our large agency
What do you like best? I like that the scheduling feature links so seamlessly with our Microsoft outlook calendars. It's also a pretty user friendly software. What do you dislike? Once you open the app, you need to start the task manager to actually completely close out of it. Dont know why that is, but it is annoying. It's also annoyingly clunky to adjust the times for the length of the meeting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Can be confusing
What do you like best? Zoom is a quick way to chat with someone quickly but if you're used to the widely-used Skype platform, Zoom isn't laid out in a compatible way. What do you dislike? Occasional disfunction with the camera or sound when beginning a meeting, where the only way to avoid is restarting call. Other than this, I have very few ...
