Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Great way to meet virtually for offices around the country
What do you like best? I am a new user to Zoom but what I have seen, it is very similar to a few other services out there. It does have a lot of feature that some others offer, like recording but it does also have some cool new features like the "breakout room." What do you dislike? As of now, I have not found that there is anything I dislike about Zoom. It does everything that we were told it could do and it is a great tool for offices to use if they want to meet virtually. Great system
What do you like best? I like the stability and ease of use that Zoom video conferencing offers. In comparison to Skype, this is at least 1 light year ahead. What do you dislike? Recommendations to others considering the product Use a 24-hour clock and make it easier for the 'other party' to join and set up What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less expenses for ...

Zoom Zoom Zoom
What do you like best? Zoom is a great service to use when you are needing to connect to someone that is not in your office or even your city. We use the service to "zoom" to people for meetings and find it very user friendly as well as easy to handle. What do you dislike? There have been times it sort of lags or cuts out, but it is not as bad as some other video conferencing devices that I have used. Recommendations to others considering the product I think they are right on ...

Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like that there is a separate screen to show who is all on the call and then a screen that shows the speaker on the call. The audio quality is great as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes, the image quality can be a bit distorted, there is sometimes a lag and if you are signed on, it will sometimes not take you directly to the meeting and show that it is still loading, even when the presenter has already joined and started the meeting. The fix is to log out ...

Zoom Client Connections
What do you like best? We LOVE that Zoom allows us to schedule a date/time, share a link and invite, and create reminders. What do you dislike? Call quality depends on internet connection but this is rarely an issue. Recommendations to others considering the product Hop on the call a few minutes before to make sure everything is setup correctly and there is not a blank screen if the Client hops on first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
