Great product!
What do you like best? Very easy to connect. There are fun features in there as well such as backgrounds. What do you dislike? Time limit on trial for more than a few participants. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to connect with my team even when we are miles apart. I can keep everyone on the same page while still maintaining close relationships.

Finally, a full service app for meetings!
What do you like best? What I like best is that you can quickly and easily use a green screen for backgrounds! No more fighting with settings and adjustments. I have completely eliminated the use of chroma key in Adobe Premiere, when it comes to creating my YouTube content. So much editing has been eliminated by using Zoom. What do you dislike? What I dislike is that I haven't been able to find a way to record a two-person interview from both sides. Right now, only the host can record, ...

Easy to use, streamlined design, and great functionality/performance
What do you like best? My company uses Zoom for meetings with both internal employees and vendors/people outside of the company. I love how easy it is to join a meeting and how seamlessly it connects all participants. It also performs well with limited lagging, hiccups, and errors. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike about Zoom. I would like an even more stramlined process for joining meetings however. You have to dial a number, enter several other IDs and codes, and ...

Best video connection for meetings in existence.
What do you like best? I love that Zoom allows for flawless video connection, great integration of virtual backgrounds, and very organized scheduling features. The ability to screen share and record is astounding. What do you dislike? I dislike that the gray tray with all of the controls pops up when I don't need it to or goes away when I do need it. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it! There is nothing else like it. What business problems are you solving with ...

Simple once you get the hang of it
What do you like best? Joining a meeting is easy, the app is clean and easy to use. I am a fan of the home screen - it makes it simple to create, join, or schedule a meeting. What do you dislike? Sometimes the quality drops but this may not be entirely on Zoom. I am not the biggest fan of the interface once you're actually in the meeting (this is a personal preference but it is pretty on par with other similar services. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Zoom Useful
What do you like best? I like that it is easily downloaded to every computer regardless of whether it is a mac or windows. It is also an easy link to send to everyone and can have multiple people without a limit. What do you dislike? Sometimes the link expires after a certain time. There should be an option to extend just in case meetings go longer. Recommendations to others considering the product It is very useful for large group settings as the software can accomodate a large ...
