Are you using Zoom?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Excellent for remote team meetings
What do you like best? I really like that this software is very flexible for connecting meetings. I can use it from any of my devices, and switch from one to another with no issues. This platform allows me to keep in touch my contacts and to schedule important meetings in advanced. Also, I can integrate my Zoom account with Calendly. The best part is that Zoom Meetings works anywhere I am, as far as I have internet connection. What do you dislike? Sometimes, I have got problems to log ...

Real Estate Accountability Group & Role Play
What do you like best? Easy connection to 3 or more folks in the USA, at a mutually agreed upon time. It did take one senior member with getting onto to it, took several weeks for her! LOL. But the others in the group use it. Also. my role-playing partner uses it as well and she is 50 miles away and we get great reception all the time What do you dislike? The learning curve on how to make stand-alone videos that I can send out to my clients - but that's my fault as I have not had ...

It's great for video conferences, compared to others, it's the best
What do you like best? I like, in particular, Zoom helped me to work remotely without facing any problems regarding share screen or voice chat (that I faced when I used to use Hangouts, Skype, all the team can regroup together and talk like if we were in a real conference room. What do you dislike? Chat mechanism is not quite good (poor UI, on Linux zoom sometimes lower its volume channel automatically randomly tried that on Ubuntu and Arch Linux, I think that happens on Linux only. ...

Like Skype But With Similar Problems
What do you like best? I like that it is a good alternative to Skype. The video quality was somewhat similar but I never had any problems connecting, or hearing whoever was talking. The best aspect of Zoom is the fact that you can have multiple people participating on a call that is audible and with few delays. What do you dislike? The video quality is a bit lacking. I would not recommend using this for video calling because I think Zoom is better just for having multiple people on a ...

Great for remote meetings
What do you like best? What I like best about Zoom is that it allows meetings to happen even when people are not in the same physically location as you. What I also like about it is that it allows you to attend meeting remotely and still work on your work while attending the meeting. this helps me be more productive and not feel like i am having to give up a meeting or doing my work. What do you dislike? What I dislike sometimes is the time it takes to connect to the meetings. What ...

Convenient conference app
What do you like best? That it can host a large amount of people in one video conferencing app and the screen share option is great for business meetings What do you dislike? I honestly can't find anything that I don't like about this app I use it every single day What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having virtual meetings has helped so much. We can all see each other and given that our nonprofit is mostly online across the country this ...

Great for Remote Meetings
What do you like best? Easy to use, ability to use both computer and phone audio, fast speed, ability to share screens and run a separate chat window for participants. It is nearly fool-proof for even someone who isn't computer savvy. We have a variety of positions in our company and some are much less office based so it's nice to be able use a system that doesn't require them to have any special computer skills to use. It basically prompts you through the set-up. What do you dislike? ...

Quick and Easy to use to keep everyone in the loop.
What do you like best? My company is international, so it is difficult to get everyone in the same room for a meeting. Zoom allows us to all be on the same page simultaneously. What do you dislike? At times zoom can be buggy detecting AV equipment, if we are connecting a computer to a TV in a meeting room. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for a quick and easy product to conduct meetings, with employees in other locations, this is the best tool. ...

Connecting with colleagues and candidates got better with Zoom
What do you like best? Our search for a tool that would help us connect and schedules video/audio interviews and discussions ended when we came across Zoom. It has tremendously helped us schedule multiple interviews of the candidates for few of our bulk hire drives. Zoom has been seamlessly helping us schedule Managers and candidates for an interview discussion without any errors. Zoom can be effectively integrated with outlook and the schedules can be emailed to the respective recipient. ...

Zoom is very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best? The video is very clear and sharing with others is very easy. I especially love sharing the screen with others, it's simple to use and install, the user interface is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike? It may be my microphone but I use a Macbook Pro and users in the background are a little muffled when speaking. Recommendations to others considering the product: My overall experience has been positive. I have tried other Video and Webinar software and ...
