Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Zoom is an easy to use conference call. The best part its easy to share for people not familiar w/it

What do you like best? It's easier to share than competitors. Zoom is easy to use in joining the meeting. You don't have endless wondering whether others will join the meeting or not. Also, it is best in terms of sharing the link for others to join. For those new users, they don't make you sign up to use if you have been invited. What do you dislike? It may be cost prohibitive for some. I didn't know until this survey you could do polling or annotation. I would like to have an easy to ...

Fastest growing Video conferencing tool

What do you like best? It has loads of features. Video conferencing is the base feature, you can also join meetings with your cellular network by using a meeting invite code. Also, drawing on the screen of the one presenting is a cool feature. Less/no downtime. What do you dislike? The phone app is kind of alow and not fully loaded. Sometimes it automatically disconnect a call after 50ish mins. Even it forces you to join with audio and does not gives you option to join without it. ...

Zoom lost me a large client

What do you like best? I suppose the price is low. But then when you get such a poor service any charge is too much. What do you dislike? Simply unreliable. Also the meeting joining email is long, convoluted and frankly amateurish. And there is no apparent way to use a smartphone's normal phone microphone and earpiece when making an online call, only when using the phone number. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't bother What problems are you solving with the ...

it was positive.

What do you like best? I like how anyone can access it and that it allows for cell phone conferencing. What do you dislike? I do not like how there is a mandatory pin number. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem solved is that people from all over can connect over the phone, which is a major benefit in productivity.
