Easy platform to work with and very clear audio and video.

What do you like best? The clarity and easy functions to use in your meeting. For me it's perfect. What do you dislike? The time limit, but it hasn't interrupted the duration of our group meeting as of yet, so it's ok. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The availability of conferencing when needed is great. The schedules change from time to time, so re-setting time frames is an easy task.

Super easy to use and free!

What do you like best? I like that Zoom isn’t difficult to learn. Allows for sharing, multiple screens, multiple people, and more. Best of all, it’s free. What do you dislike? Zoom can sometimes lag. May be the connection of those in th video conference though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Zoom for all of our videoconferencing between offices.
