What do you like best? It works better than any other app I have tried for video conferencing. Other apps have specific values to them, but none of them meet the capabilities of Zoom when it comes to group meetings held online. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoom allows our faculty to easy facilitate even large classes of students. The breakout feature is especially useful inn order to let students work together in-class and collaborate with one another. What do you dislike? The scheduling feature is very frustrating to use, we have honestly stopped using it. Also the LTI Integration sometimes has trouble because it assigned admin rights to the first person in the room and not necessarily the correct faculty member. ...

What do you like best? Video conferencing with multiple people at the same time. What do you dislike? There are not many downside. Only one is probably having to restart a conference after 40 mins if you don’t have a business account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom helps with any supervision conferences if someone is sick or cannot get to the office.

I find the video / audio quality to be very high, the ability to move and modify how other screens are displayed, and the ability to easily record calls (which then come with searchable automatic transcriptions! to be beyond helpful. Zoom for work

What do you like best? I use zoom for work and it is great. I like that you can send the link without needing to download anything. What do you dislike? I don’t like that there is a 45 minute time limit. I don’t like that the controls can be hard to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My job uses zoom for conferences and we get kicked out at the 45 minute mark and have to resend the link to get back in.
