Are you using Zoom?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Zoom is an excellent application for virtual meetings.
What do you like best? I love that you can have multiple people meeting in a room at the same time. All voices are heard and virtual meetings that save travel time can take place in an easy manner. What do you dislike? Although I am not sure how this can be improved, I do not like that when you clear your throat or make a small noise, your face is the one that goes large to all other members attending the virtual meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to ...

Great Video Conferencing Software
What do you like best? I like all the features of the zoom. It has many new features for video conferencing and also doesn't limit anything on free version except the 45 min time limit of the conference which can be dropped and started again. It gives you the canvas to share along with screen annotations which are novel features which I like most. What do you dislike? Time limit constraints on the free version is what I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Pros Zoom video conference calling and webinar is fitting for any sized company or organization. Business Zoom User
What do you like best? Zoom provides a simple-to-use interface for screen sharing and team collaborating that works extremely well for remote work culture. We are able to connect, meet with video conference capabilities as well as collaborate on documents and content. Zoom offers great additional features like break-out rooms, polling, screen markup, and many others. What do you dislike? Having moved to zoom from an alternate screen sharing tool - I dislike the inability to see ...

Zoom is our conferencing of choice now
What do you like best? Zoom is easy to use, reliable, and the integration with Google Calendars makes it the best tool for scheduling meetings with clients and partners (even team members in other cities. One of the functions that we really like is the video and ability to record and transcribe certain types of meetings - we can use them for generating content later or for media training. What do you dislike? I wish there was a more elegant look/feel to the actual invite on the Google ...

Great First Attempt
What do you like best? While using Zoom I was able to communicate with a former employee in regards to a new business opportunity and the different parts of the business aspects were presented via a PowerPoint presentation. Great video quality. What do you dislike? I would suggest use on a computer, however I was able to use my cell phone with little to no issues except screen shooting in the middle of a presentation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Great tool, but sometimes glitchy.
What do you like best? Zoom is great because the link is accessible to all from any computer or device. It is easy to use and we have used it multiple times to video conference with our staff across the state. It is helpful when your team is spread out. What do you dislike? We have had a few issues with bad internet connection and losing signal. This is difficult when you are trying to hear everything everyone has to say. It can make you have to repeat things so everyone can hear. ...

Video Conference Calling made SUPER easy
What do you like best? a video conference service w/ GREAT compatibility! Whether someone needs to be on their cell phone in the car or their desk top at the office, OR international, there's always a way to connect w/ Zoom. What do you dislike? Sometimes the invitation info that gets sent out is a LOT of different numbers for different ways of connecting. All the ways of connecting are great, but the layout can be busy and confusing, causing people to accidentally use the wrong link ...

I've heard pretty scary stuff about Zoom
What do you like best? My company uses Zoom for webinars, video conferencing, etc. We switched over from a different software. Not sure what they liked about it, probably had to do with pricing. What do you dislike? Came across an article that claims that "Zoom video conferencing app contains two big security issues for Mac users. First, uninstalling the app the regular way doesn’t actually remove it from your system; instead, by installing Zoom, you’ve actually installed a persistent ...
