When the meeting is made, every single option of joining the meeting is available (call in, desktop app, web client, ios, android, etc so I never need to deal with attendees who aren't "at their station" to start the meeting. They can call in from wherever. When you install the mobile app, there's no delay for account creation or any nonsense that slows down the meeting. I have one person who lives near Norwich and they don't have a very good internet access, Zoom does have a UK dial number. What do you like best? The ease of use. We had Webex before and the ease of use with Zoom is an upgrade. What do you dislike? Nothing to write here so far. We've like a lot of the features that Zoom offers and have not found a negative from our perspective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
