What do you like best? Zoom is a reliable video conferencing and screen sharing platform. What do you dislike? As with anything web based, connectivity can sometimes be an issue. Zoom is incredibly easy to use to coordinate meetings with clients and coworkers, video calls, etc. The quality of the call is excellent, the features allow you to organize a variety of meetings and even quality webinars without having any problems. Everything Skype should have been but better!

What do you like best? Ease of use - control as host with waiting room, muting, and removal powers that are essential to manage my needs and participants - especially with witness interviews where I can't let them hear each other. A super user friendly application! Allowed students to link to a call whether on mobile or computer

What do you like best? I used Zoom last semester for my virtual classroom immersions and it's been nothing but a good experience! It was easy to set up, and probably took 3 minutes to set up. Once set up, it was super user friendly and I was able to communicate with the other members on the call. We could talk offline as well using the inside chat feature. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to connect to my colleagues via the Zoom app, my computer, and even a Zoom Room! What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about Zoom! It's made meeting with my colleagues super easy! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to drastically cut travel costs and easily "meet" to discuss pressing issues.

What do you like best? The screen share allows me to pick the window I want. Video is clear, same for audio. Unlike others I have tried, there have been non conectivity issues.
