What do you like best about Zoom? Zoom is professional, without trollers or the ability of others to call unsolicited. The ability to record higher quality videos and sound is quite helpful as well. Most of the options and controls have been well thought out.

As the Technology Director supporting over 170 agents, I need to be able to address people of all skill levels. What do you like best about Zoom? I can invite a large group to join me on Zoom and can send an invite and choose who can come on without a password. I can also share my screen which is invaluable.
