What do you like best? I enjoy that it is very intuitive and easy to join and enjoy. Granting control to record or allow participants to join is a great feature. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, self explanatory formatting, affordability, & quality performance every time. What do you dislike? Inability to add a stock (or other) image while not using the camera. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I always use Zoom for all my web meetings or online presentations. I like it because of the superior quality that it provides. All my presentations are seamless and I can even record it so that my team can review it at a later point in time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, the ability to pretty quickly schedule a meeting. I like that it is accessible in the browser, for a quick meeting.
