One of the most essential tools, speacially during this pandemic situation.

What do you like best? Easy to navigate and use, able to use free of charge What do you dislike? What do you like best? It open source and easy to access. Group meetings, and many mores What do you dislike? Video lag between meetings sometimes needs to be improved. Best communication method
What do you like best? With zoom l am able to communicate with a group of people at once. I am able to mute and block video as well as chat whilst in a zoom meeting.
