New evolution since the start of Covid.
What do you like best? Ease of use. Convenient. Used several ways PC and phone. What do you dislike? The phone screen needs a wider angle lens. I don't have a laptop. User-friendly communications tool for remote work
What do you like best? I like their gallery view and speaker view in the user interview for conference calls. What do you dislike? Zoom's security issues needs improvement to protect end-user data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Superb, simple and efficient.
What do you like best? I've been using zoom for the past 8 months for my online classes. It's really simple to navigate and joining the meetings does not take time at all. What do you dislike? Great way to conduct work or social meetings
What do you like best? That you can have lots of people on screen at the same time and screen share. the added security of the waiting room What do you dislike? i have not found out how to raise a hand in a meeting on zoom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? connecting people that are now working at home together so meetings can still go ahead and work can still be done. families can also be connected while lockdown occuring

Decent enough but still needs to stand up to the competition.
What do you like best? The ease with which meetings can be scheduled and invites be sent to the attendees. What do you dislike? The 40 minute limit obviously! Also the issues with Ubuntu/Mint OS. I highly recommend Zoom
What do you like best? It is very convenient to use. The best part of Zoom is that it records your lectures and provides you with transcripts. If you want to conduct interviews, Zoom is the great way to do that because it gives the transcripts of your interviews so that you don't have to spend time on transcribing the videos.
