Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Videoconferencing with maximum effectiveness.

What do you like best? It is an interactive and dynamic platform, it adapts very well to our organization, it is very useful for team managers and managing teams from a distance are very advantageous options offered, silencing the attendees and the option to raise your hand, is a luxury, allows us to continue adapting to this new way of working and be productive. In addition, sending or receiving a code or link to enter planned meetings is super useful and simple. All levels of our ...

Excellent application for meetup and taking an online class

The connection speed is smooth I don't face any problem while using it. The quality of audio and video is clean and works well. What do you dislike? Been a fan for a long time

What do you like best? It consistently works. I have tried other systems like Skype and it is inconsistent quality. Zoom has always come through for us. We rely on it a lot for our business and it needs to work well. Another favorite thing of mine is the waiting room. What do you dislike? I find the setup screen to be a little clunky. But quite frankly, it isn't a game changer. There's really nothing about zoom that I don't like. It's by far the best solution for us. ...

Remote meetings and conference with amazing quality

What do you like best? The video and audio quality are superior compared with other solutions I have tried (Google Meet and Skype) but it is expected due to the price range of this solution. This is a great tool for a professional who is constatly delivering espeaches or highly important board conferences. The mobile application works as good as the computer solution. What do you dislike? As an invite I dislike I have to wait until the coordinator grants me access, however, for ...

I wish it allowed for IM messaging as well as dedicated calls. Recommendations to others considering the product: Is organization agnostic. Most groups allow employees to use Zoom which allows it to have widespread sharing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's been ...

Great Easy to Use System for All Users!

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy accessible, great for all clients, easy to have conference calls since we can not connect in person due to Covid. It’s a great option if you are not discussing anything private or secure. Although recently they have made default options more secure by requiring passwords to join meetings. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to have extremely large online conferences. This is ideal for businesses with a large amount of staff members and ...

It still needs way more UX improvement

What do you like best? - stable performance for many participants - the mobile device screen sharing is really handy and useful What do you dislike? - UI are terrible and not helpful (typography, icons, illustrations, settings) - meeting shutting down with limitation is awful and frustrating. - hard to find the tools to mark during the screen sharing Recommendations to others considering the product: Since everyone is using it, it's hard to find the ...
