What do you like best? Easy to use. Has a translator, can send files and saves chat. What do you dislike? You cannot ask for control if the other person is using the browser version and not the application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The best feature of zoom is that it works at very low internet speed and does not give any interruption while doing video calls or sharing laptop screen. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how easy it to use zoom even for people that are not tech savvy. I think it's not only user friendly, but you don't have to preload anything in order to use it.
