All my memories lost forever

I purchased their lifetime package and I uploaded all my family photos and videos.They deleted everything and it's irretrievable.I have lost decades of pictures and videos of family and friends... lost forever.

Lifetime subscription is anything but

I should have known better, after getting a lifetime backup subscription for Zoolz backup on the cheap, that there would eventually be a catch. I even bought my in-laws a lifetime subscription a year later. The catch was for the first lifetime license, that after a period of time they slowed the backup upload speed; meaning the backup to the cloud upload speed slowed to just a few megabits a second. As other users have stated "Lifetime" means a few years at most

Zoolz deleted my family videos

Used their terrible UI to upload all my family movies to the cloud after purchasing their "LIFETIME" subscription -- now my files are gone. I had organized them on their cloud drive, no clue how many of those captured memories are now lost forever that I can't get back. Livid and feeling stupid that I ever trusted Zoolz.

this is is a scam bought a lifetime 1TB plan they just canceled it without any explanation or reasons now my files are gone and so is my money

Account Closed Without Warning

Paid for a lifetime account. Spent ages uploading data (slow broadband connection). Recently attempted to run a test download and couldn't log in. My account and data has been deleted and I received no warning email. Lost confidence in using the Cloud for long-term storage!

sold me 1TB of lifetime storage for LIFETIME!!!! i used it for 2-3 year and then i got an email that ZOOLZ wish to delete my LIFETIME account, after some Emails They Offerd me a Home account, Why do i need to pay for a Home account!? i bougth A LIFETIME ACCOUNT!!!! Zoolz refuse to provide a refund. MONEY TO TRASH!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Total Scam company

Total Scam company. I bought the Zoolz lifetime account as did thousands of others and we lost everything backed up when they closed down and rebranded as Bigmind. Don't be deceived by this company. they grab your cash and then fail to deliver, change their company name and start all over again. Total scam.

Estafado como puedo ver igual que otros muchos. Pague por una cuenta de por vida de 1tb, y en menos de dos años, te envian un email que o pagas o borran tus datos y tu cuenta. Lastima no pueda viajar a sus oficinas para partirle la cara a alguien.
