poor policies
pros:-fast upload/download via the web vault-responsive web interfacecons:-very slow cold storage- cancellation of lifetime plan after 2 years!!!why? You violated your lifetime terms!!!I do not recommend this cloud storage provider.

Lifetime Plan account deleted and data lost
They litterally told me that they do not possess anymore my data after 2 years on a "lifetime" plan. It was only a few gb over the full 2tb possible but yet they deleted my account and all the data and said that the warned me about it (which they didn't) before doing so.You should never use their service, if they mistreat their early adopters I can not forecast how they would treat other users.

'Lifetime' account and its content deleted after a year or two. No refund. No relenting from Customer Service. Avoid.

Scammer Deleted my files and can't give it back. Don't waste your money and important data. I was a lifetime user with 2 accountsThe deleted both of my account and data. Never ever upload a single text file into their backup service.

Don't waste your money
Why does one subscribe to a backup plan? In this day and age one of the main needs is when you have to reinstall an operating system due to PC issues. That is why you feel confident that access to your data is there...NOT with Zoolz! Reloading windows 10 for example designates the PC as a NEW device so access to my data was not there...USELESS

It's a totally scam
It's a totally scam. I had bought a 2TB life time storage but it suddenly deleted my account. I urged them to get back my precious data but they couldn't offer any help.

Scammer company deletes account with no warning
Paid for a lifetime plan and it was deleted with ZERO advance warning and for no reason other than they only want premium subscriptions now they've used early adopters for seed money. Important stuff lost forever. Scammer zero trust company.
