Don't waste your money

Why does one subscribe to a backup plan? In this day and age one of the main needs is when you have to reinstall an operating system due to PC issues. That is why you feel confident that access to your data is there...NOT with Zoolz! Reloading windows 10 for example designates the PC as a NEW device so access to my data was not there...USELESS

It's a totally scam

It's a totally scam. I had bought a 2TB life time storage but it suddenly deleted my account. I urged them to get back my precious data but they couldn't offer any help.

Scammer company deletes account with no warning

Paid for a lifetime plan and it was deleted with ZERO advance warning and for no reason other than they only want premium subscriptions now they've used early adopters for seed money. Important stuff lost forever. Scammer zero trust company.

Reliable, simple off-site backup.

I have been using Zoolz for many years, including the now-discontinued lifetime subscription other reviewers have mentioned. I transitioned to the 5TB business offering when the 1TB lifetime subscription was discontinued.I have no regrets about choosing Zoolz. Daylight robbery!

Update 2021. It seems they cancelled my "lifetime" service due to "unforeseen reasons" in 2020. $75 down the drain.Went on chat support and they didn't even apologise. Review of Zoolz - completely untrustworthy way to store your data. Thank goodness I back up locally!

Unethical - deleted my storage after changed product range

I purchased a lifetime 1TB of storage with them several years ago. They changed the product offering and deleted all my data and I have no recourse or offer into the future. Will never touch again. Beware that they changed a lifetime agreement and then just deleted it... Unethical.

Купил пожизненный аккаунт Zoolz на PCWorld (на них отдельный отзыв оставлю). Через 2 года закрывают аккаунт. После попытки выяснить куда делся мой аккаунт, они отвечают, что якобы они отправляли письма-предупреждения. Софт - глючный, я в 90х и то лучше писал.Бизнес-модель - отстой.Желаю вам банкротства и закрытия бизнеса, от души так.
