What do you like best? Collaboration is the key with a product of this nature. Issues and tasks can be assigned to the correct people in the organisation and client and management can see progress. Zoho Projects, provides its users with a very easy process to keep each project organized, whether you are uploading documents, uploading comments in a task, have one or multiple people assigned to the project it is fantastic. Complexity & Speed

What do you like best? I love the complexity or tools and features Zoho offers. Having everything you need under one roof is priceless. What do you dislike? Calendar Tasks could se improvement. When I signed up you could just mark tasks as done right away. Now you have to open each task, mark it done and then refresh the window for it to show. Very good User interface

What do you like best? we feel very use to use Zoho. I worked on some more bug tracker tools like Bugzilla, Trac etc. But we had many restrictions there but Zoho is really good over them. What do you like best? Quick to setup and easy to use. Learning curve for team members is minimal as interface is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Integration with Planner or Tasks in Office 365 should be realized more fully. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
