What do you like best? Clean intuitive interface, nice out of the box reporting, good customization, responsive customer service and a flexible API. What do you dislike? Special characters in the customer address can cause issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Implemented Zoho Invoice to provide a payment option for repair services for our customers so we no longer had to collect credit card information via phone.

Great simple invoice solution

What do you like best? Zoho invoice solution is ideal for a business that wants a separate invoicing solution. I use many of the features. Mobile apps are very useful too. What do you dislike? Most aspects are very suitable for my needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing! The mobile apps really assist me with client invoice queries when I am out of the office.

Zoho Invoice is intuitive, fast, and inexpensive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is logical to expect billing software to automate invoice generating, but I never expected something this simple! I create a customer, enter some basic data, save it, and send it. That's it! Consequently, no learning was involved. I felt as if were using this program for ages. So simple, yet so useful

What do you like best? It makes doing invoices very easy. The program gives you some templates that you can edit, so all you have to do is to put the company logo, the default message and a couple more things and that's all. Also, they allow you to save contacts (customers as well as make recurring invoices automatically, which I find personally very useful.
