PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Zoho ticked all of our boxes. This is a good thing for our startup in today's tough economy. Zoho made it easy for us to start invoicing immediately. Very professional and free to use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have zero dislikes at this point in time. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There are limitations to customizing edge cases. If your invoice entails certain notes, you won't find it here. They have custom fields though. What do you like best? I love how professional the invoices look and how easy they are to generate. I also love that they have an app. What do you dislike?
