Easier to use than expected
What do you like best? Expense reporting stinks under the best of circumstances. I found Zoho to be intuitive, easy to use and without any complex processes for inputting the data and spitting out a report. Photo drag and drop is easy to use as well. What do you dislike? Came highly recommended
What do you like best? I like the integration with the credit cards. The best feature is the ability to email to the platform. Many receipts come in the form of a pdf, not a cash register print out, so it handles both methods very well. I like the mileage tracker, but I have not explored it yet. What do you dislike? The taxes are not picked up on the scan, each receipt needs to be edited to add in the GST so we can recover it. We run two companies and I have not figured out ...

Simple, easy to use and cost effective
What do you like best? I was looking to get a SaaS to record our store's expenses. Our store had very specific needs. For us, it was not just expense reconciliation for staff but also using this as a tool to expnese everything. If I tip a delivery guy from company's cash box, we wanted to be able to expense that. Easy to manage the exxpense of the employees. But syncronization with Zoho Books could be better

Better than I imagined - customization, flexibility, and extraordinary on-boarding support
What do you like best? I was able to recreate the output of a legacy, incredibly manual expense reporting process in a couple of hours. I did lean on their support for a couple of customization things. Expense reporting used to take a few hours each month. Now I scan receipts in as I purchase, the system auto-populates most fields, and then when it's time to submit It's just the matter of verifying accuracy (that I didn't forget something) and clicking a submit button. Zoho Expense - Excellent Program, and support
What do you like best? The support form both sales and customer support team What do you dislike? As of yet, there is nothing that i dislike Recommendations to others considering the product: it does what we need it to What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were tracking expenses manually. Thanks to Zoho, we are able to to digitize receipts and make it easier for our sales team to send in expense reports.

Easy to use and feature rich!
What do you like best? easy approval and expense submission flows - low costs which is important especially for small teams - interface easy to understand for employees What do you dislike? I couldn't find something that I disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IT helps to keeps track of employees reimbursements
