I was skeptical at first, but my company would not go back to paper receipts now
What do you like best? You can capture receipts with your phone camera, which are uploaded automatically and key information pulled out. This saves you a lot of time. What do you dislike? A previous app release seemed to have a bug with uploading receipts. It lost the files and I didn't have the paper receipts now (lesson learnt: always keep your paper copies until your company accept your submission!) What problems are you solving with the product? Great Product
What do you like best? Zoho expense has allowed our company to streamline expense reporting as well as provide great analytics for reviewing our company expenses. What do you dislike? Disruptions caused by internet service can lead to expense approval delays What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accurately capturing all company expenses and avoidance of unnecessary delays due to waiting for approval.

Easy to use -
What do you like best? Easy to follow on a mobile, good quality reports make expense claims quick and convient What do you dislike? It can sometimes mix up UK and USA date formats, but keep an eye on it and all should be ok. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho is by far the best expense app I have found.
What do you like best? I have used multiple expense apps, and Zoho outdoes them all. It is very easy to for me to snap a picture of my receipt and let Zoho do the rest. The thing is that Zoho is far better than any app at reading the receipt and filling in the fields. I don't think it has ever missed getting the total amount even when it is written in with my messy handwriting. What do you dislike? big name quality and qantity, but without the price
What do you like best? The ease of use across all platforms and cloud access for ease of storage and access. What do you dislike? Simplicity for phone access and not being able to access Estimates from a mobile device easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cheap but Very Effective
What do you like best? You are able to manage all the expense and business travels with ease. What do you dislike? There nothing in particular that i dislike about the Zoho Expense. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have never used Zoho Expense, consider trying it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For tracking mileage, booking accommodation and managing all the business expense.

Helpful & Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like how easy and user friendly the app is. What do you dislike? I wish zoho expense would recognize refunds/credits with the auto feed of the credit cards. I also wish that zoho expense allowed for automated reports that linked with the statement drop dates of credit cards. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receipt management.
