"Easy to customize templates"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? The ease with which we can customize an email template and send out. Also we get responses real time letting us know what is working and what is not working. Just amazing!!! Also the user interface is pretty easy to understand even to a novice. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? How you cannot edit a workflow once activated. The reversal of billing can be frustrating as finance will give the run around.
