What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Best wiziwig I've used, and I've used everything from Salesforce to small niche CRMs. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Could use some more functionality and I don't think you should run out of test emails What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? lack of test emails. Would be nicer for transition to use with CRM leads was a little more fluid

"Excellent Email Marketing Tool with great Autoresponder Mechanism "
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Simple to use tool, autoresponder set up is simple. Excellent support system by Zoho campaign team for guidance in setting up the campaigns. Prebuilt email templates are the best . Also, basic templates are easy to use & customize for previews. Email list import option where it helps to analyse the list & reduce bounce rate. For reports to share with the internal employees there is a url that gets generated & helps to avoid duplication of work . ...

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Layout is ok & fairly useable. Reports are fine. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? unable to send to generic email addresses What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? Good to get to know who's opened the emails

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Very user friendly, and i like it that I am able to get report from the campaign What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Not being able to see the emails before they are sent What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending bulk email easily.

"Has all the necessary functions you need for an adequate email marketing system, for a good price"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Ability to create templates and integrate with Zoho's suite of services What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Unable to save content blocks to apply to new templates. Unable to insert text/buttons over images. Customer service doesn't always answer my inquiry directly. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to send targeted emails to customers based on their CRm data
