"Overly complicated and repetitive "
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I don’t think there is anything overly positive about this software. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Having to get mailers approved. You have to create a new version of an automated journey just to change one word. Everything is not easy to use. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? None

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I have tried to use several email senders but Zoho Provides full function test version available as they confidence the product. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? "Need Customers' "Reply" Menu on Left menu bar"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? All things are too good and UI is so user friendly specially email templates design and builder it is too good. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Can't find Reply of Customers in the Dashboard, You should add "Reply" Menu on Left menu bar of campaign. or I can received to my given email id. What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Zoho Campaigns integrates will all of the other applications that I use in my Daily business. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? That you have to pay additional for your unlimited emails to work with marketing hub. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping in contact with my clients and being able to send marketing promotions.

So far, its trial version has been tremendous!
PROS: I'm trying this software version before I make my decision going forward. Tracking details were great. It was great for campaigns that are sent out.

"Fast, Easy, Very Clean User Interface "
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? The system is very well structured. It doesnt let you 'accidentally' forget something. It allows you to create and save multiple headers and footers- so you can have fun ones for light emails, and concise ones for professional or commercially focussed emails. Why go something else when it already comes with Zoho CRM integration?
PROS: It has Zoho CRM integration. This makes it very useful for us since we're heavy users of it. Once you're able to set up a mailing list, you can actually make the system dynamic. This ensures updates on both ends to be pushed without preserving mailing lists.

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I liked the ZOHO all CRM as they are free. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Nothing to say, But you can increase the limit of number of emails sent at a time in the free version. I wish there was more features like email automation based on certain triggers What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?
