"I switched from mailchimp"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I am a regular user of the ZOHO suite of products. The integration with other zoho products and google drive got me to switch to zoho campaigns from my current email software mailchimp. Zoho campaigns is a lot more technically advanced in a few areas and like all zoho products the user interface is just perfect. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I liked how well it works within Zoho CRM. I honestly think when you use the full platform all together it works well. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Its really constructive on what you can use and what you cant do. An absolutely amazing marketing product
PROS: Despite not having much experience in email marketing, I was able to use this tool well enough. Regulating emails can also be easily done using Zoho as it allows me to automatically delete useless emails after a few days. I can say that Zoho works perfectly well with our business.

It gives you the best CRM Add-on
PROS: At a lesser expense, we were able to create good campaigns using this wonderful system. I can easily communicate with clients and track their visits and mentions. It has made our life easier.

"Good Product"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? It haves a lot of nice features, such as retargeting again non-opened emails, for example. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? It's not possible for the same email to enter the same automation twice. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? Zoho Campaigns is allowing us to automate and build our email marketing strategy

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I like that we can send creative and fun email campaigns to send to different categories of customers based on their interest. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? I don't like the subcatergory options for email list and the fact that you can't edit syncs that are created.
