"It integrates with Zoho CRM so why use anything else"

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? It integrates with Zoho CRM which we are heavy users of and once you establish a mailing list you can make it dynamic so that any updates on either end are pushed in both directions so no having to maintain mailing lists other than the initial set up.
