What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I like the CRM integration, the simplicity of use, analytics, email builder, and the fair price to use it. I think Zoho has done a really great job putting this together and making it an invaluable tool for business needs. I can segment my subscriber's lists, run drip emails, autoresponders, plus all the other bountiful tools to use for speaking my most engaging subscribers. What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Excellent templates to use. Very easy to plug-and-play content into the campaign. Excellent integration with our CRM (also Zoho) for both list syncing as well as visibility for sales reps. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Some of the automation (workflows) are not as intuitive for a beginner (like me). Would like to see more examples in the resource library of how certain types of automated campaigns are built.
