Excellent Collaboration Tool

What do you like best? We have used Zimbra for many years and it has only gotten better. It is easy to use and works well. I like the email setup and it has many customization abilities that really help. Contacts are easy to access and update. I also like the calendar share. The calendar share helps when I am out at our remote office.Mostly we use the email portion of the software and it is great. What do you like best? It connects to outlook and also has a website in the event that Microsoft isn't working. What do you dislike? Zimbra website is archaic at times, finding features and settings is difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
