"Love using Ziflow for proofing projects as well as receiving and responding to feedback."

What do you like best about Ziflow? I love being able to edit my comments in Ziflow, and I also think it's great that I can label comments based on what they're referring to, as this helps me quickly read through everything and easily find only what directly applies to me. Having the ability to like comments is also very beneficial. "User-friendly proofing tool"

What do you like best about Ziflow? I really appreciate the user-friendly functionality. It's very straightforward for users of any experience level. I find the scheduled review templates to be a great tool for a company of our size. What do you dislike about Ziflow? I don't love that the Delete button is directly below the Open Proof button. "Ziflow forever changed the way we do work!"

What do you like best about Ziflow? So many things! Automatically locking a proof when a deadline is reached, easy workflows so no one gets left off of proof, simple integration with our task management system Asana, readily available help whenever we have questions. What do you like best about Ziflow? ZIflow integrates all of our intake and subsequent proofing revisions, notes, and signoffs, with multiple parties, in a far more streamlined fashion than email. What do you dislike about Ziflow? I would like to see direct integration with DocuSign - this is an item that is in SFDC that is very helpful. "Great proofing tool!"

What do you like best about Ziflow? I like how many different file types, websites, videos, etc. that we are able to send proofs in all in one place. What do you dislike about Ziflow? The only thing I can think of is a quick overview tutorial for users who aren't familiar with proofing who are not part of our Ziflow users. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? I have cut down so much on emails and trying to keep track of multiple projects with multiple emails.

What do you like best about Ziflow? Multiple collaborators can all see each other's feedback. The decision making rules are very helpful in moving creative on at the right time. It uploads the proof and gives access to the required person, comparing the current evidence with the recent comment section and the tools to point to the fields that need changes. What do you like best about Ziflow? I love how easy it is to check the status of every proof and keep all the changes and notes in one place. Using Ziflow has made keeping track of client changes effortless. What do you dislike about Ziflow? I've found success in sending text messages to clients and getting a faster response. "Brilliant routing system"

What do you like best about Ziflow? Love how simple and intuitive the system is. Because of how quickly we can get routes uploaded and moving through the team, we've saved an enormous amount of work.
